Returns and Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery and will refund the full order amount only if the item is unused, unworn, undamaged and in its original condition with all original tags attached.

To complete a refund or return, we require you request it via email with a receipt of proof of purchase. The customer must pay for the return shipping costs and will not be reimbursed for this. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not offer refunds on items that are not in their original condition and are damaged for reasons not due to our error. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

Damages and Faults

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mindsetter.com.au with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.

 

Exchanges

We unfortunately cannot exchange items. The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to contact us via email info@mindsetter.com.au to request a return and refund. You can then make a separate purchase for the correct new item.
